Our Story – Help Us Make Prom Happen!

Hi! I’m Milly, Head Girl of Year 13, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support.

Like many students, we’ve been looking forward to our prom as a chance to celebrate the end of our school journey together. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our school is no longer organising or funding the event — which means it’s now entirely down to us, the students, to make it happen.

Despite the setback, we’ve pulled together as a year group and managed to raise £1,285 through sheer determination. We’re so close — but we’re still £300 short of being able to cover the costs of the venue and create a memorable night for everyone.

This is a completely non-profit event. Every single penny raised is going directly toward our prom — decorations, music, and a space to celebrate our final year together. None of it goes to individuals, and we’re simply trying to make this special moment happen before we all go our separate ways.
