Meet the Broward Bulldogs! A powerlifting team comprised of individual with unique abilities. This Special Olympics team won 5 gold medals at Special Olympics’ Regional competition in October 2024 and then went on to win 1 gold, 2 silvers and a bronze medal at its state competition. These amazing athletes are very dedicated to the sport and would love to compete in local competitions. We can only achieve that with your support. Help us contribute to creating an inclusive environment in the powerlifting world by supporting these incredible athletes.

Our Goal

We are raising funds to provide gym memberships, gear, uniforms, and competition entry fees for our team. Your support will help these athletes train, compete, and shine on bigger stages, allowing them to continue their journey in powerlifting.

Our Story

Six years ago, I began coaching a remarkable young athlete at my gym, Warrior Fitness Camp. His talent was undeniable, and soon after, Joyann reached out to me to become a powerlifting coach for Broward's Special Olympics. Since then, I have been privileged to work with this extraordinary group of kids. Together, we have achieved incredible results:

- 5 Gold Medals in the Georgia Southeast Regionals

- 5 Gold Medals in local and regional competitions two years in a row

- At the state championship, we secured 1st place, two 2nd places, and a 3rd place
