Our son has been through more in his first year than most people face in a lifetime. At just four months old, he received a bone marrow transplant and underwent two weeks of chemotherapy. Since then, our family has been in and out of the hospital for many different reasons, always hoping for better days. This Christmas was especially hard.On Christmas Eve, he was sent to the ICU for higher oxygen support, and by early Christmas morning, we received a call that he needed a breathing tube. His lungs were collapsing, there was fluid in his lungs, and his kidneys were not functioning properly. January 1st we get the news that all his organs are failing ,doctors sit us down letting us know he won’t make it , they tired and gave everything they possibly could.Adriel has fought so hard since the beginning. We know he fought until he took his last breath . We know we will see him in heaven as a family again. He is now dancing in the arms of the Lord with no more pain ❤️. We are asking to keep us in prayer . All of this was a terrifying moment that happened in matter of hours. Our family has been through it all, we have held onto hope and faith.

He was a joyful little man who brought smiles to everyone ❤️. He stole many people’s hearts, especially the nurses & doctors ❤️. He had amazing team working with him. My sweet boy will be missed by everyone. He has made an impact on so many peoples lives in such a little time. Many say he was a big warrior in a small little body . Through everything he’s been through he’s always had a smile .❤️ He was a people person and loved being held by everyone . 

These challenges have made it impossible for us to work regularly. Dad is only able to work one day a week, just to try to make ends meet. The financial strain has been overwhelming, as we try to cover living expenses, food, gas, and home costs while focusing on our son's care. Despite the sad and difficult moments, we cherish the good ones and believe that God has our son running, playing, jumping with joy. We trust in His timing and remain grateful for every bit of progress.
