✈️ Three cabin crew members from Brussels Airlines have been unfairly dismissed for doing exactly what aviation safety regulations ask of us: exercising their right to declare themselves unfit to fly under EASA rules.

These colleagues didn’t commit misconduct. They acted responsibly, prioritising safety, health, and the well-being of passengers and crew.

What message does this send? That taking care of your mental or physical health can cost you your job? That fear must replace judgment in the cockpit and cabin?

This situation goes far beyond three dismissals. It signals a dangerous shift toward a culture of fear and silence in aviation, a culture we must not accept.

This fundraiser will help our colleagues:

• Challenge their dismissals in court

• Cover basic living costs after being terminated without warning. They were left with nothing: no severance, no unemployment rights, no safety net.

• Push back against a system that punishes safety and silence concerns.

We are standing up not just for them, but for all crew, everywhere, who should never have to choose between their health and their job.

This is a fight for our rights, our dignity, and our safety.
