Support Our Sick Cat Charlie's Return Home

My name is Mars. I'm a queer and disabled person who is asking for help. My partner, Amy, and I have been taking care of our sick cat, Charlie and we are asking for your support.

Amy got Charlie when she was a little kitten, she was found near a trash can outside. When I met Charlie, I instantly fell in love. She's our soul cat and honestly probably our only cat after this. She's the sweetest little princess that anyone could ever ask for.

Charlie was diagnosed months ago with pancreatitis. She was eating but she wasn't gaining any weight. The other week she started deteriorating. We only recently managed to get an ultrasound done, because they were so booked out. She was diagnosed with cancer. She ended up being hospitalized and has been since June 30th. Today is now July 4th and she's expected to come home today. We would have liked for her to stay at the vet to continue her care but we just can't afford to keep her there. The vet however has given her the okay to come home.

I'm not gonna lie, it's been really rough. I've spent the last 3 weeks dealing with pneumonia and having to pay those medical bills. Along with my recurring medical bills from treatments due to being disabled.

My partner has been bearing the cost of Charlie's medical bills. They've been putting everything on care credit and credit cards. We know we're not in the worst situation but it's pretty damn hard. Please considering donating if you can.
