Dear friends and compassionate hearts,

My name is Karen, and I reside in Canada. Originally from Jamaica, my entire family still lives there. The area hardest hit by the recent hurricane is where I grew up and where all my family members currently reside. I am raising funds for my sister and brother, who are facing unexpected challenges after the storm severely damaged their home. The powerful winds and heavy rains not only tore off their roof but also destroyed much of their furniture and personal belongings.

As we assess the damage, it is evident that the road to recovery will be long. Our family urgently needs repairs to their home, and with your support, we hope to rebuild and provide them with shelter. The funds raised will be used to help my family and the community recover.

We understand that not everyone can contribute financially, and we truly appreciate your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Every little bit helps, and we are genuinely grateful for any support you can offer.

Thank you for considering helping us rebuild our lives after this devastating event.
