We are family and friends of the RC Racing team students and coaches who believe deeply in their talent, dedication, and potential. We’ve come together to support them and help raise the funds they need to represent their school with pride, compete at the highest level, and make the most of this incredible opportunity.

We are reaching out with an exciting and urgent opportunity to support our incredible student engineers!
Three of our RC Racing teams have qualified and officially been approved to compete in the Ten80 National STEM League 2026 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. This is a prestigious national competition where our students will showcase their engineering, marketing, and teamwork skills on a national stage.
Due to unexpected delays from labor disputes, we just received approval this past Thursday and we leave this Wednesday! While our school has generously covered airfare and hotel costs for 7 students, we now need your help to cover essential last-minute competition needs.

- West Coast Racers - The only middle school team competing in the high school division!

What Your Donation Supports:
- Team Uniform Printing (required for competition scoring): $280
- Battery Readers (essential equipment): $35
- Team Posters (16x20) for Marketing Challenge: $75
- Stickers & Promotional Materials: $45
- On-Site Marketing Supplies (purchased upon arrival): $100
- Transportation to/from venue for 4 days: $250
- Snacks & Water (long competition days 6:00am–10:30pm): $200
Our dedicated chaperones have already contributed over $800 out of pocket, including one who paid for her own travel, to make this opportunity possible for our students.
We are so close. We just need about $950 more to ensure our students are fully prepared to compete and represent Irving with pride.
