Support Our Quest for Answers and Closure

Our family is devastated by the unexpected passing of my mother-in-law. She was found at home alone, unresponsive to my son. When emergency responders arrived, they attempted to revive her and transported her to the hospital, but unfortunately, the doctor had to deliver the heartbreaking news to our family. After reviewing security footage, it appears she may have fallen or suffered a heart attack while on the stairs. When she was taken to the ER, the doctor who attempted to revive her told us they did not know the cause of death and would request an autopsy. However, the next day, we were suddenly informed that both the hospital and the coroner had ruled her death as "natural causes"—without an autopsy or further investigation.

Despite multiple calls and proof that her passing may not have been due to natural causes, we are being dismissed. The hospital refuses to reconsider, and we are being told our only option is to pay $5,000 for a private autopsy. We have limited time before an autopsy may no longer provide the answers we desperately need for closure.

We are heartbroken and frustrated, and we just want to understand what really happened. No family should have to fight this hard for the truth.
