I am a single Mom of a 13-year-old daughter in need of emergency funds to help relocate us from one state to another to get us away from an abusive living environment. Domestic abuse can be very tricky, depending on your specific circumstances and the state you reside in. Not all programs or resources are there specifically to help relocate you from state to state which can make the move feel more unattainable. All I want to do is get my daughter, my small dog, and myself away from this situation and start over.

I have no family here; my parents are deceased, I have no siblings at all, and I do not have the resources to actually get us from one state to another at this time. We do have somewhere else to go; however, because it is located in another state, it is making this transition more challenging. Once I am able to get the funds we need, I can get us a luggage, book the flights and finally be on our way!! I dont believe it is in our best interest to wait this out any longer. All we want for this new year is to be able to start fresh in a loving, supportive, healthy and safe environment. I am praying this reaches the right people and that we can start this process as fast as possible. Thank you all for helping my family whether it's a $1 or a share.
