My Dad once told me, "Find something you love to do and then figure out how to get paid for it."

It took me a long time to learn that lesson. So, I changed what I didn't love about my life. Manifested and meditated on what makes me happy. What fills up my love tank. It's animals. Especially horses and dogs. After getting laid off in September, I decided to really focus on finding a job working with horses. Then, it happened. I landed an interview with Kindness Ranch, an animal sanctuary focusing on rescuing animals out of research and animal testing labs and facilities. They offered me the job!!!

Now, I'm charging forward into 2026, the Year of the Horse, unburdened, unbridled and free to be an Equine Caretaker at Kindness Ranch in Hartville, WY. Join me and my border collie, Flank, as we move from Florida to Wyoming in early 2026. I will chronicle our journey of working with horses rescued from research facilities. We will all heal together. No fear horsemanship.

I need to manifest money to pay for my move to Wyoming. And, I have less than two weeks to do that. Also, I am launching a YouTube channel, "Coffee Chat with Chicago Kat" with the hopes of building a community of fun folks and new friends. Where the conversations will be both light and dark, scary and calm, stories that showcase life. I will be straight forward with you though... brand deals, donations and advertising revenue would be an incredible side effect from our Coffee Chats.
