Hello Everyone!

My sisters, dad and me are starting this to raise funds for my dear, sweet mother. If you are from the Tri-Cities, it’s likely that you have encountered our momma’s incredible presence. Whether it be seeing the strong role she plays at her job, knowing her from our childhood, or maybe, you’re part of the family. She’s probably been your friend, she’s probably been your mentor, and she has probably acted as your mom.

If you know her, it goes without saying, that she is the strongest, most determined woman in the world. She would give you her last dime and she would never ask why you needed it. She has opened her home and arms to many over the years, and again, never needed a reason. She has been dedicated to being a follower of Christ, wife, mother, and now, lolly for the biggest part of her life.

Our mother, “the glue”, gave us the biggest scare of our lives on Monday, when she was airlifted from our local hospital to UT medical after seizures that occurred at home. CT scans and other examinations that shown us that she has a brain bleed, left the practitioners no choice but to send her here to Knoxville, where she can be properly treated. We have spent the week here in Knoxville, as she is not yet cleared from Neuro ICU. We have all missed work, as well as the medical bills that pile as we speak.

My family and I are asking, from the very bottom of our hearts, for you to share this so that we can make this the easiest possible experience for all of us.

Mom is our hero, and it’s unspeakably hard to see her down. She has a long road ahead of her as far as recovery goes. We ask that even those that can’t contribute will please continue to pray for her ultimate healing. We know that He hears our cries, and we have already witnessed many miracles within her room this week.
