Support Our Mission to Share God's Love in Ecuador

Trying to prepare this post there has been so much change in my family dynamics. Holidays are not the same, the day to day activities look so different. I know we all go through different seasons in life. Letting go and letting God was hard for me. Meanwhile, God has created opportunities for me to care for the sick and hurting at work. It is an honor/blessing to play a intricate part in a hospital and listening to patient's, and family members wants and needs. Looking for answers and hope to their medical conditions. I have told a patient in recent days “You are a daughter of a King! You are a child of God. He loves you so much more than you will ever know. “ Hearing that led me to pray with her and to pour into her and tell her, she is not alone. God is the same as yesterday, today and forever. He will not change and still works miracles today. I felt the spirit moving and shared my own miracle story of healing and how God rescued me!

Stepping outside of my comfort zone last year I had the opportunity to go on a mission's trip with Raise & Release Ministries. I had the usual tendencies in my mind, I am not knowledgable enough to recite verses from the bible and talk to others about salvation and the story of Christ. As much as I prepared, God provided. When I spoke to a man who lost his wife due to cancer in the village of Los Laureles and about forgiveness and shared my story, God placed the words in my mouth. Hearing the man ask for forgiveness for his sins and prayed the prayer of salvation with myself and Paster Jonathan was in obedience. When I had the courage to recite Psalms 91 with the intrepreter's help to the man bedridden and songs of praise were sung after in Spanish, it was all Him. This past trip has placed courage in me returning back home to meet patient's exactly where they are in a hospital bed. To be present and let them known you are seen, not by me but by God. The living water! I [Jesus] am the way, the truth and the life, no one gets through the Father except through me. (John 14:6 NLT) He is the fountain we will drink from and never be thirsty from and He gives eternal life to all who believe.

This coming summer my husband Shaun and I are joining hands with Raise & Release Ministries and Renovation Church to continue to share the creation story of Christ, and be involved in shoe ministry, kids ministry, medical missions and sharing God's love in Mindo & Shell Ecuador. We will be going to do different villages that never heard the good news of Jesus.

I am asking for prayers over the team God has called together to go and serve in July and humbly asking if God is leading you to give and donate. Thank you!!!

As my personal faith journey continues a sweet sister reminded me of something quite simple. To obey and serve! To go forth and to make His name known throughout Judea, Samaria and all ends of the earth. “Here I am Lord, with arms wide open and ready to serve you!”
