Hi, I’m Damien - I have been attending shape it fitness and it has really sparked my love for fitness and a healthier lifestyle...

Due to the announcement today with further restrictions and lockdowns I fear our little local gym may not survive.

While i understand so many are doing it tough .. any amounts would be great.. if local businesses start closing then it’s a loss to our community.
