Hi, my name is Kira, and my heart is shattered as I share the passing of our beautiful daughter, Brynlee Rae Brown. After 24 days of fighting the hardest battles a baby could ever face, our sweet girl took her final breath in my arms on November 29th at 5:30 PM.

Brynlee came into this world early at 33 weeks, tiny but unbelievably strong. Born at 11:11 AM — a time of angels — she spent every moment showing us what pure love and courage look like. She faced complications with her heart, kidneys, lungs, and so much more, yet she kept fighting with a strength far beyond her small body.

In the NICU/PICU, Brynlee touched every nurse, doctor, and soul who met her. Her little fingers wrapped around mine, she knew our voices, and she showed us what it truly means to love. She will forever be our heart warrior, my miracle, and our greatest blessing.

Now we’re faced with something no parent should ever go through planning a memorial for our baby. I want to honor her short but powerful life in a way that reflects the love she brought into this world.
