Masks For Everyone

The COVID-19 pandemic marks an unprecedented time in modern history that will require the best of humanity to overcome. Due to the national shortage of medical masks, many front-line healthcare workers and first-responders don’t have sufficient Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to protect themselves from the Coronavirus and are putting their own lives at risk. I happen to have two doctors in my family who work in hospitals around the Chicago area. I've heard that in some hospitals or long-term care facilities, healthcare workers are allocated only one mask per week or are asked to reuse masks between patients or sites. It will take time for government to get enough PPE to the frontline workers, so I hope you can help us to support them.

We also recognize that many workers of essential businesses or vulnerable residents in our community who are not in the frontlines do not have masks to protect themselves. For this reason, we will also be distributing masks to these people in need around Chicago.

We’re a group of volunteers who care deeply about our communities. With our connection to vendors outside of US, we have been able to acquire FDA cleared masks. Your donation will help us to fund this effort. Let's bend the curve together!
