After 23 years of service and two combat deployments, our mother is a decorated soldier of the U.S. Army. This December, she is finishing her service and celebrating her retirement with a ceremony in Washington, D.C.

My sister and I deeply wish to be there for her on this momentous occasion, but we are attending seminary in Israel and lack the necessary funds to return to America. We need help in order to go, and we don’t have much time, as we need to leave by December 11th. This would absolutely mean the world to her and touch her beyond expression.
