This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share, but right now our family truly needs help.

Over the past several months, we have been walking through an incredibly painful and exhausting journey while trying to grow our family. After experiencing the heartbreak of a miscarriage, I have gone through countless doctor appointments, ultrasounds, blood tests, and hospital visits trying to understand what went wrong and why my body wasn’t healing the way it should.

Through all of this testing, doctors discovered that I have an isthmocele, which is a defect in my previous C-section scar, along with a polyp in my uterus. Both of these conditions require surgery to repair. Without this surgery, it can continue to cause complications and make it much harder for us to try for another baby in the future.

The emotional toll of losing a pregnancy has already been overwhelming. On top of that, the financial burden has continued to grow. Even with insurance, the cost of specialist visits, ultrasounds, lab work, and hospital care during the miscarriage has left us with a large amount of medical bills that we are still trying to pay off.

Now we are facing another major expense for the surgery I need to heal and move forward. We never imagined we would be in a position where we had to ask for help like this, but right now the weight of these medical costs is more than we can manage on our own.
