Dear Supporters,

We are Gage Morgan and Drew Chamberlain, aspiring filmmakers and senior broadcast journalism students at the University of Arkansas. Our passion for storytelling led us to embark on a series of impactful short documentaries this year, which not only resonated deeply with our audiences but also left a mark on us personally.

As we strive to become the next generation of great filmmakers, we recognize the pivotal role that film festivals play in showcasing our work on both national and international stages. However, as full-time college students with limited income, the costs associated with festival submissions pose a significant barrier. On average, the submission fee for just one film can amount to $50, a considerable expense when submitting to multiple festivals.

We are reaching out to you for support through our festival submission fund. Your generous contributions will directly cover the expenses of entering these festivals, enabling us to engage with industry professionals, amplify the exposure of our projects, and enhance our prospects of securing scholarships for rising filmmakers like ourselves.

Our latest documentaries, "Station 20" and "Scars & Stripes: The Shane Vincent Story," are poised for submission across various categories, including Student Films, Documentary Shorts, and First-Time Filmmaker Shorts.
