Two years ago, I lost my home in a fire. Not long after that, I lost my job.

Since then, I’ve been trying to keep my children stable while rebuilding from nothing. We’ve been moving from place to place ever since, never fully able to settle or establish a real sense of home.

Right now, the situation we’re in is unstable again. The relative we’re staying with is facing eviction. I have 30 days to secure stable housing for my children before we’re left without a safe place to go.

I’m doing everything I can to stay ahead of it, but I’m running out of time and options.

My son has asthma, and maintaining consistent access to his breathing treatments is not optional. It’s something I have to ensure, no matter what our situation looks like.

My immediate goal is to secure safe, stable housing for my children and begin rebuilding a stable foundation for them again.

Donations will go directly toward:

• Security deposit and few month’s of rent

• Utilities and basic living expenses

• Beds, bedding, and essential household items

• My son’s asthma-related medical needs and breathing treatments

• Moving and transportation costs

This fundraiser is focused on taking the first step toward stability again.

I’m not asking for luxury or anything beyond what’s necessary to rebuild a safe home for my children.
