Hi family and friends… I humbly come before all and ask for your help. I have found myself in a position in which I am at risk of losing all I have and have worked for. As I have shared, I am currently a cosmetology student at Empire Beauty in Denver. Im about 550 hours short of completion and plan on graduating in about November 2025. I have been working extremely hard going full-time to school for the past year utilizing as many loans as I can possibly find. Completing my education is my priority at the moment to provide myself and my son with a better future. I know I can get there BUT Im struggling with getting my home sold! It’s been on the market for months now and have yet to sell it. I’ve had the HOA hit me with an assessment which has raised my monthly rate plus an added a few thousand more to my balance. When you add it to my monthly mortgage, utilities plus life’s expenses it has pushed me over the edge. Ive made as many adjustments as possible. One of which has left me staying with friends during the week. I’m not fortunate to have family that lives close to me to be able to help with childcare! I’m struggling on a daily and I do not want to give up on school when I am so close to finishing. I’ll do everything necessary to keep a roof over my sons head and as far away from foreclosure as possible! I am asking for help… I am pleading for help. Any donation would go towards My monthly mortgage/HOA/utilities and childcare. My son and I would be forever grateful and thankful for any help!
