Support Our Journey for a New Eye

In a couple of weeks, I will be heading to the Salt Lake area to get a new prosthetic eye. I have created this fundraiser to help cover gas, food, Dave’s missed hours of work and any nights we have to stay in a hotel.

the process for a new prosthesis takes three appointments in a five day period. Ideally, we’d stay in Salt Lake for all five days. However due to to our finances, we will probably need to drive up and back for each appointment. It would 44 1/2 hours each way and honestly we’ve discussed sleeping in the SUV to help avoid making that drive in less than a week.
