Hello! My wife and I are planning our 20th wedding anniversary! We met in high school and fell in love after several years of dating. We have 4 beautiful children and 2 dogs. They are 18, 13, 12, and 8. We had a quaint ceremony 20 years ago with only family. No honeymoon, glitz, glamour, or fan faire. Just the two of us, our brothers, sisters, and parents at the Justice of Peace on New Years Day! We got married, took pictures, went back to her parents' house, ate homemade spaghetti and a homemade cake. The next day, we started our new life together. We are both educators by trade. My wife has been a librarian at a local elementary school for the past 20 years. I was a 7th grade math teacher and multiple sports coach at a local middle school. Recently, I got injured at work, requiring me to miss several years of teaching, coaching, and having surgery. I haven't been back to the classroom and am currently unemployed and looking for a new job/career. We both love working with children and our local church. Kristin, also sings in the choir and worship band. I work in the audio/visual department. We both faithfully serve in the Children's Ministry at church and have done so for the past 20 years. We've been planning to have a vow renewal celebration at our 20th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately life has gotten in the way. We never realized how expensive this special day could be! It will happen no matter our budget. We want it to be the best it can be, truly a magical day! Our big day is coming up on January 1st, 2025!
