My wife Diane and I were involved in a serious car accident on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The other vehicle driven by an undocumented,unlicensed, uninsured male ran a stop sign at CR 2938 going 35/40 mph crossing Hwy 175, and we hit at 70 mph (miles per hour). My wife's neck C2 vertebrae and back L1 vertebrae were broken and she had a brain bleed. I have broken ribs and a broken sternum.and an abdominal hematoma. Diane spent 2/3 days in ICU after being careflighted to Baylor Dallas. I followed by ambulance. We were released on Septemer 16 after a week in the trauma unit. My wife is in a neck brace for three months trying to heal without surgery. She is also fighting cancer (stage4)Home health is coming weekly for Diane.

We have had to file on our own insurance. Uninsured/under insured motorists. This is not anywhere near adequate to replace vehicle, payfor helicopter, ambulance rides for us and both of our medical bills. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank You! (PLEASE SHARE)
