We're almost there! Help us open The Listening Room and bring a world-class live music experience to East Central MN.

Since 2017, our mission has been to support, grow, and present live independent music in East Central MN. It has been an honor to serve as a catalyst for the arts in our community, fostering a space where artists and audiences can connect through music. Through promotion, education, and live performances, we've helped strengthen the local music scene and we are incredibly proud of the impact we've made.

In 2022, like so many in the music industry, we faced an uncertain future due to the lasting effects of the pandemic. We were at a crossroads: walk away from the dream or go all in. As a family, we made the difficult but passionate choice to invest everything we had into creating something even more personal and special. We sold our family home of over 20 years, purchased a building in a fantastic location, and poured our hearts, time, and resources into transforming it into the best possible space for live music. The journey has been difficult, emotional, and exhausting at times, but our vision has kept us going.

Now, we are finally nearing the finish line. The dream we’ve worked so hard to bring to life—a premier listening room experience for our region—is within reach. Our original budget and business plan had us opening in October 2024, and we are incredibly close to making that a reality. However, we need your help to overcome the final hurdles.

Your donation will go directly toward the last crucial pieces of this project; final construction needs, sound equipment, and operational costs to ensure we can open our doors and welcome artists and audiences into this special space. We are excellent at working hard and finding creative solutions, but we aren't great at asking for help. Today, we humbly ask for your support in bringing this dream to life.
