Our functional fitness group was established in 2019 by Edward Michael Razo. As the group began to expand we saw there was an interest by the prison population to learn about functional fitness. The goal for our group and reason we are asking for your donation is to become educated in fitness training and have the skills to train athletes within our group effectively with the hope they will develop a love for their own health and fitness, build their confidence, learn rehabilitative tools to incorporate in their lives, and have trainers learn job skills they can utilize when released back into society.
