Our family is coming together to support someone who has always been there for others—my cousin, a dedicated Fire Chief, a leader, and a true pillar of his community. For years, he has answered the call without hesitation, putting others first in their most difficult moments.

Now, he’s facing a battle of his own.

He is beginning the next step in his cancer treatment and will need to travel down to Boston several times a week for the next 5–6 weeks. While he is approaching this fight with the same strength and determination he’s shown throughout his career, the daily travel brings a heavy financial burden—gas, lodging, meals, and time away from home.

If you know him, you know he’s not one to ask for help. In fact, he’s the first to show up for others and the last person to ever want to accept charity. But this is one of those times where we can step in and support him the way he has supported so many.
