Please Help Me Keep My 4-Year-Old Son With Me

I never thought I would be in a position where I had to ask for help like this, but right now I truly need support.

My son lost his mother when he was only 2 years old, and he is now 4 years old. Before she passed, she had been very sick for some time, and during that time I had to step up and basically become a full-time father to make sure my son was taken care of every single day.

Since her passing, I have been raising my son and doing everything I can to provide him with stability, love, and a safe home.

On numerous occasions, I have tried to reconcile and work things out with his grandmother. I even offered to allow supervised visits so she could still spend time with him while I became comfortable with eventually leaving my child in her care alone. Unfortunately, my offers have been rejected.

Instead of working things out peacefully, she is now taking me to court and trying to get custody of my child.

This situation has become extremely overwhelming and expensive. I am trying to raise $4,500 to help cover attorney consultations, court fees, and legal expenses so I can defend myself and keep my son with me.

As a father, I am doing everything I can to fight for my child, but the legal system is costly and I cannot do this alone. I am humbly asking for help from anyone who is willing to support us during this time.
