Support Our Fight Against Mold Poisoning and Moving Out

The landlord is evicting me after I found mold in my apartment and I got very sick. My company laid me off.

The HVAC system and mold spores were poisoning me and my daughter. It has affected our eyes, nose, and throat. Mold was on an 11 x 4 feet section of the wall in my daughter's bedroom. Guy Cherwonuk the owner hired unskilled laborers to cut the mold out, and they didn't follow any proper protocols for mold removal. The landlord's name is Guy Cherwonuk and he is a horrible landlord, very cheap, cruel, and evil, and a big liar. I just moved here 6 months ago and in 2-3 months, I got very sick.

I was paying rent but couldn't breathe because the mold was all in the air and the HVAC system. I paid to have my apartment defogged. It was so important for my health. I can't afford to move this soon and Guy Cherwonuk said to me, 'I will make sure you never rent in Georgia again.' That's the evil person he is.
