Last year we raised $10k to fight the battle against cancer. This year we’ll do the same and also for veteran mental health. Since I ran the Paras10 last year it very 5k men and women who served in US have taken their own lives. This must stop.
Donations will be split 50:50 between:
- The American Cancer Society - needs no explanation.
- Patrol Base Abate - https://www.pbabbate.org. A space for all veterans to form community and rediscover their purpose around shared interests to promote mental health and foster resilience.
