Going Public: Organic Food Garden Contamination by Arrow Exterminators, Inc. (Dallas, GA)

We never intended for our property damage claim against Arrow Exterminators to end up in court. Arrow admitted fault and promised to pay for remediation, but then refused to follow through. Because Arrow reneged on its promise to pay, we are moving forward with a lawsuit to recover damages and are going public to expose their standard of care violations. Our goals are to expose Arrow’s violations through news media, social media, and environmental/gardening advocates; raise awareness about the risks to food safety and community health; and raise funds to cover costly out of pocket court expenses for expert witnesses, filing fees, and court reporters.
