My Husband and I just lost our main source of income and we need some urgent car repairs. Every day puts us further in the hole with bills and expenses. After many prayers we are humbly asking for some help.

We had the car in the shop for a few days last week for some repairs but it’s still having issues. 2 nights ago when David was at work the car had a couple of warning lights come on and the car completely shut off.

Our mechanic said he most likely needs the car for at least another week. Unfortunately, the car is our main source of income because David drives for Lyft right now and without him being able to work we are getting behind on bills. We might even need another car.

On top of that, my vehicle was totaled in an accident in my third trimester of my pregnancy and needs thousands of dollars to repair as well so David cannot use that for work either.

David’s been working so hard to provide for our family especially since we welcomed our baby girl 5 months ago. A lot of days, he drives for 10-12 hours. He has plans of going into real estate, but he hasn’t been able to make the transition yet since having the baby.

I only got one week of maternity leave which set us back and have been staying home with the baby full-time so things are a lot tighter financially.
