Support our family's recovery from hurricane Helene & Milton

On September 26th/27th hurricane, Helene traveled up the coast of Florida and devastated millions of people. Our house was unfortunately one of them. With 3ft of water in the entire house we have to tear out everything inside of the house and start over. Luckily we have flood insurance to hopefully help with remodel costs, but that leaves us in a different rental house for the next 6 months to a year.

After evaluating all of our personal items that we lost it turns out that our renters insurance won't even cover half of what we lost. With being displaced out of our home, the costs are adding up (hence why we decided to try go fund me) this is the last thing we wanted to have to do.

Two weeks after Helene hit, Milton made landfall close to us. Luckily the house didn't receive too much more damage besides a little water in the home, downed tree branches and some roof damage.

The last two weeks have been exhausting for us, but we are trying to stay positive!
