I want to start this off by saying how grateful our family is.

With that being said, we are in a difficult time. We have spent the last 10 years waiting for this moment.

10 years ago, our fun, goofy, loving dad, grandfather, and husband was put on the transplant list for a kidney.

Because of this, he developed vision issues along with others that made it so he could no longer work, significantly draining funds.

We need help raising our funds to further support our stay for this next year. Since the transplant just happened, we must leave our home and move 6 hours away to stay close for the many doctor visits to come.

We are so grateful to finally get the chance to no longer live our lives hooked up to the dialysis machine.

Thanks to the selflessness of the donor and their family, our family will soon have the chance to live life away from the hospital.

But until then, we are reaching out to the kindness in others to help us through this difficult time.
