Hi, As you know life has been pretty difficult the last couple years and financially also. I have been lucky enough to find a way to refinance the home so I can keep a roof over the kiddos head but it's coming at a rough time as I change work assignments and finally start having enough to make ends meet. There are two things I need funds for that can't wait until "the next paycheck"

1. the closing costs are around $1000 to be able to put us in a spot to get back on my feet

2. The cellar remediation costs about $14,000 but that doesn't include the linen service to wash things down there. Blankets Etc. That is estimated to come to around $1000 also.

Just trying to hold over for this change and then keep praying life stays on the up and up for a bit.
