Help Us Fix Our Car

Hello everyone,

I hate having to ask for help like this, but we’ve run into an emergency and could really use some support.

Last week, on the way to our youngest son’s doctor appointment, my fiancé’s car overheated. It took us over 3 hours just to get back home. We were able to get it into a shop, and they confirmed the radiator needs to be replaced. They’ve offered to do the repair for $643.

Right now, my fiancé is using my car to get to and from work, which means I’m unable to do DoorDash. I’m also a full-time student and preparing to start a new job on April 6th. With one of us working in Madras and the other soon working in Redmond, managing work schedules, school, and getting our two kids where they need to go with only one car has become incredibly difficult.

We’ve looked into loan options, but many come with extremely high interest rates that would put us in a worse position long-term, so we’re trying to avoid that if we can.
