We are heartbroken to share that my beautiful mother passed away after a courageous battle with multiple health challenges. She was a fighter who beat cancer and overcame malnutrition complications from gastric bypass surgery, but ultimately succumbed to multiple organ failure from end-stage liver disease.

This devastating loss comes less than a year after we lost my brother on October 30th, 2023. Our family has been through unimaginable grief, and now we're facing another goodbye that feels impossible.

Mom was everything to our family - our rock, our light, and our biggest supporter. She was also a beloved hairdresser who worked at Ronnie's Hair Co, Pro Cuts, Great Clips, and other local salons throughout her career. She had loyal clients who refused to let anyone else touch their hair - that's the kind of person she was. She made everyone feel beautiful and loved, one client at a time.

Even through all her health struggles and the heartbreak of losing her son, she never stopped fighting and never stopped loving us with everything she had.

While we are grateful that her small life insurance policy will cover her cremation costs, we are now facing the overwhelming task of traveling back and forth between Michigan and Indiana to handle her final affairs. Our family recently relocated and simply don't have the financial resources for these necessary trips.

Any contribution would help us honor both my mother and brother's memory by properly taking care of her final wishes. We are so grateful for the love and prayers you've shared during these impossible times.

Services will be determined and announced early next week.
