Hello island community,

we are so excited to announce to you the birth of our daughter! We are reaching out asking for support, love and prayers as our daughter is in the NICU. Lennon was born in Bellingham but was quickly transferred to the NICU in Everett. She is now getting support from a high flow oxygen system to help clear fluid and open her lungs. We originally had thought we would only need to stay at the NICU for a week but it is now becoming clear that we will need to be here for at minimum an additional week. The length of time will be determined by her progress and we are being guided by the doctors to be extremely patient, while also being assured that we will get to bring our baby girl home! While she is making improvements every day, this is a slow and challenging process. Lennon is showing us that she is a strong girl, and soon she will be fully ready to come home to the island with us!!

The financial stress of missing extra work while in the Nicu paying for food, lodging and travel expenses has pushed us to our max financially. We are reaching out asking for support to help relieve the stress and make it so we can focus on the most important thing, which is her recovery. We are so grateful and appreciate any support you can offer— whether that be monetary, sharing this link, sending healing energy, prayers or love— it all helps lift our spirits during this time.

As most of you know in February 2024 we lost our sweet baby boy, Bennett. The whole island has supported us and helped us heal during the most difficult time of our lives. Now we are feeling all the excitement and delight of having our sweet baby girl here on earth safely, and we can’t wait to share her and all the happiness with you all once we are home! We would like to say how extremely grateful and honored we are to have our island community as our support system, We appreciate each and every one of you.✨
