Our family is grieving the sudden loss of our father. His passing has left an enormous hole in our lives, and we are still trying to process the shock and sadness of losing him. For those who knew my father, you knew one thing: he was one of a kind, and we are so saddened to see him gone.

As we begin to navigate the practical realities that follow such a loss, we’ve discovered that there are significant financial burdens that need to be addressed. Our father had accumulated outstanding debts, which we are still working through. In addition, the cost of funeral and memorial services is more than our family can realistically manage without your help.

My dad battled with his faith, but our last couple of conversations give me hope he’s in a better place. I hope the Prince of Peace has brought my dad the peace he finally deserves. This promise from Christ gives me hope: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
