You told everyone that 2026 is gonna be your year. You were going to eat out less, spend your money more wisely, see new places, and do new and exciting things. My family has the same goal. We can even help each other.

This March, during our kids' spring break, we plan on taking an amazing road trip out to Southern California from our lovely home in Allen, Texas.

We want to stop at Roswell, the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest, the Carlsbad Caverns, some beaches in Cali, the San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Universal Studios.

Now you may be saying to yourself, all that in 9 days sounds extremely ambitious and expensive. And let me tell you, you are right. It’s probably not even realistic. At least not without your help. Remember what I said about helping each other out?
