Emergency Medical Technicians show up for people on the worst days of their lives. They run toward danger, exhaustion, and uncertainty so others don’t have to face it alone. Today, one of our own needs that same support. Our friend and coworker, an EMT dedicated to serving this community suffered a traumatic brain injury and open skull fracture. This wasn’t a minor incident — it was a life altering injury that has taken him away from the work he loves and placed him on a long, difficult road to recovery.
Rob has spent his career caring for strangers with compassion, skill, and steady calm. He’s the kind of partner you trust on every call — reliable, selfless, and always ready to help. Seeing someone so strong face something so devastating has been heartbreaking for all of us who know him. Right now, he is unable to work and is focusing entirely on healing. The financial strain of medical appointments, time away from work, and everyday living expenses is overwhelming. This fundraiser is meant to ease that burden so he can recover without the added stress of wondering how he’ll keep up with bills.
Every donation — no matter the amount — helps him stay afloat during this incredibly challenging time. If you’re unable to give, sharing this fundraiser is just as meaningful. Thank you for supporting someone who has spent his life supporting others.
