We're reaching out with hopeful hearts to ask for your help with our beloved rescue dog, Lukie, who is in urgent need of ACL repair surgery.
Lukie came into our lives after a rough start in the world. Before joining our family, he endured neglect and hardship—but despite it all, he never lost his gentle spirit. Since becoming part of our home, he has blossomed into the sweetest, most loyal companion we could ask for.
Recently, Lukie suffered a torn ACL, making it painful and difficult for him to walk, run, or even stand for long. It's heartbreaking to see such a happy soul now unable to do the things he loves—like chasing his ball, going on walks, or simply playing in the backyard.
The surgery he needs will help him walk pain-free again and prevent further injury to his other leg. Unfortunately, the cost is more than we can manage alone, especially with the follow-up care and rehab he’ll need to recover fully.
We are asking for $3000 to help cover the cost of:
- ACL surgery
- Post-op medication and care
- Rehabilitation and therapy
