My name's Jason and I'm a director. I'm raising funds with Targeted Justice, a non-profit, to produce a documentary about "Targeted Individuals” or “TIs”

TIs believe they are being surveilled and attacked by the government with direct energy weapons (DEWs). Another term for these attacks is “gangstalking,”“organized stalking,” and “zersetzung.”

TIs report tremors and burns from DEW attacks involving ELF. TIs report hearing voices only they can hear from direct to skull (V2K) microwave transmissions utilizing the Frey Effect. TIs report being followed by coordinated groups, or “mobbed. These groups follow the TI and engage in unusual behavior, or “street theatre,” designed to psychologically destabilize the TI. All TIs report having their residence broken into and having their devices hacked.

While claims by the TI community may sound outlandish, there is growing evidence to give their claims merit. Plus, our government has a history of extrajudicial, experimental programs including COINTELPRO and MKULTRA. (Although these kind of programs don’t get mentioned much in history class for some reason.)

This documentary will explore the boundary between belief and reality to find the truth. We will interview several TIs, as well as legal and medical experts.

We are requesting funds to cover the costs of production (interviews) and post-production (editing, graphics, and music).

My previous film, Carousel, was a conspiracy thriller that won several film festival awards. Carousel is currently streaming on Tubi.
