Greetings Brothers, Family, and Friends,

My name is Ronald Shaw, and I am honored to serve as the Delaware Area Director for the Eastern Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

We are at an exciting milestone for our Delaware collegiate chapters. These young men have been working tirelessly on their campuses and in their communities, and we are committed to ensuring they have the opportunity to represent Delaware at the highest level during our upcoming Regional Conference in Norfolk.

Building on Our Success

I am proud to share that our full delegation of collegiate members is successfully registered for the Eastern Regional Conference!

This achievement was made possible through a dedicated combination of State-level initiatives and the incredible success of our Regional Founders' Day Shirt Competition from this past year. Thanks to the overwhelming support of everyone who participated in that competition, we’ve already cleared the first major hurdle.

The Mission: "Doing the Work of Sigma"

Registration is only the beginning. To truly "do the work of Sigma" in Norfolk, our collegiate Brothers need more than just a badge. They need the logistical support to arrive safely, rest well, and focus entirely on the leadership development and fraternal business at hand.

We are raising funds to cover the remaining critical needs:

Travel & Transportation: Ensuring safe and reliable passage to and from Norfolk, VA.

Lodging: Providing secure accommodations so our Brothers can stay together and remain energized for every session.

Essential Support: Covering meals and necessary materials for workshops and committee meetings.

No Contribution Is Too Small

We are calling on our alumni Brothers, families, and friends to help us bridge this final gap. Please know that no contribution is too small. Whether it is the cost of a single meal or a night’s stay, every dollar goes directly toward empowering a collegiate Brother to lead and learn without the burden of financial stress.
