Hiii. We're HORSE MUSICALS, a theater troupe of recent college grads based in NYC. We are so excited to put on our first show, INDIGESTION, for one night only on January 10th. The truth: self producing a musical is a challenge. That's why we are oh so politely requesting compensatory help to recoup costs and give our audience the best product possible.

ABOUT THE SHOW

Indigestion follows Allen’s body after he indulges in a seemingly innocent cheeseburger. Inside his digestive system, a world of anthropomorphic organs comes to life, each with its own personality. Here we find April, a shy appendix longing for a function. With an organ that’s all too vestigial, April yearns to help out in the digestive hierarchy. Her determination shakes things up.

Oscillating between the heartfelt and the grotesque, Indigestion tugs on your heart strings, ultimately begging the question: when days feel vestigial, is finding purpose worth the pursuit?

Featuring an opening act by emerging improvisational duo Lippenkaye.
