Hi folks, my name is Lynley, AKA Cohen's mum.
On Sunday night, Cohen was rushed to RNS hospital with a high temperature and delirium.
At the time, Cohen was with his beautiful girlfriend Lily, house sitting.
Once he arrived, a team of doctors and nurses went into action, trying to determine why a fit, healthy young man has presented to emergency as sick as he is.
Cohen has had every test known to man kind, he has lines coming from everywhere, and is being pumped full of everything until they can pinpoint one cause.
We have bounced from sepsis, to influenza A, and back to sepsis. We have now landed on pneumonia, both bacterial and viral.
Cohen is the strongest human I know and is one hell of a fighter, anyone who ever played footy with Coco will attest to this. But right now, Coco cant fight alone and needs an army to carry the load.
If you are reading this, then you have joined his army whether you like it or not.
When Coco gets home, he will need nothing but rest, and will have no sick leave left to hold him over.
Cohen has ongoing life expenses, and without help, he wont be able to meet these commitments.
