The hooding ceremony is a meaningful tradition that marks the transition from student to pharmacist, recognizing years of hard work, perseverance, and commitment to patient care. For us, the Class of 2026, this moment represents the culmination of an intense and demanding journey through pharmacy school.
This year, our college is unable to provide a hooding ceremony. And to make matters worse, a big percentage of the Class of 2026 is already unable to attend graduation due to religious observances; leaving them without a proper celebration of their hard work.
Rather than let this milestone pass without recognition, we have come together as a class to organize our own ceremony.
To make this possible, we are raising funds to secure a venue and cover essential event costs so that we can celebrate this achievement alongside our families, friends, and mentors.
This is more than just an event, it’s an opportunity to recognize everything it took to get here and to mark the beginning of our professional careers in a meaningful way.
Any contribution, no matter the size, will directly support making this ceremony a reality. Your support helps ensure that the Class of 2026 can be recognized and celebrated in the way this milestone deserves.
Thank you for being part of this moment with us
