Hello Friends and family,

 

Yesterday, May 12th, it was a beautiful cool morning in Barrio Hollywood in Tucson, AZ, and our beloved sister Kris, Jeff's beloved Soul Mate and Eli and Zane’s mama, made her departure from Earth.

 

Kris has been such a warrior battling cancer for almost four years, and Jeff, Zane and Eli have been there the entire time, watching their beloved be so courageous, and face so much fear with hopeful curiosity and determination. So many have stepped in to support our sister; thank you, thank you. Now I am asking for support for these three precious grieving humans, as they have been taking care of our beloved Kris for 4 years while also working the entire time. We desire to raise some funds so that Jeff, Zane and Eli can take a moment to gather themselves and not worry about money.

 

Just 2 weeks ago, I was massaging Kris' precious feet a few hours afer she had been able to come home for a few days before returning to the hospital. I watched Jeff learn how to insert and clean all the tube things that Kris had going on from a nurse. I saw his eyes were tired, but he approached the learning with his typical incredible optimism and humor and was paying close attention to something so complicated that I was lost immediately. I was so in awe of his beautiful tenacity to help and care for his beloved, so obviously exausted but also bringing ALL of his BEST energy to help his Kris.
