I know this is ambitious, but I don’t know how else to help at the moment.
My father is a police sergeant for Louisville, CO. He has been with the department for over 20 years, serving the community he lived in.
My father is my hero, and he has lost everything he had while keeping his community safe. Things can be replaced but memories cannot. The damage is extensive, so any single little bit will help at this point.
It is in my wishes that, should this be successful, we can share the resources with other families in need who have also lost their everything. The intention is that we will use what we need and then we share among those who need it too. As we’ve already met the first goal, we are so floored and impressed by the love and support we have from all of you, all over the country.
I empathize with all the families displaced by this horrific disaster. My love goes out to all, and my heart is with my dad and family.
Thank you for your consideration in sharing whichever way you can. I love you all.
