Hi everyone, I am Kerry Ryan (Hance), Marymount Class of '05. I am writing on behalf our beloved Mr. Kelly - our Marymount/Sunshine "coach" and "trainer" for the last 20+ years. It is with a heavy heart that I share Mr. Kelly and Cindy Mae have lost their home, along with their belongings and cherished keepsakes—among them, Mr. Kelly’s most treasured item: his late son Kevin’s letterman jacket. They are safe, but like many other Palisadians, they are grappling with the shock and devastation of the events that unfolded.

I am hoping our volleyball community will join me in supporting Mr. and Mrs. Kelly during this difficult time. Mr. Kelly's favorite weekly activities are his two zoom meetings: one with his Law school buddies and the other with his Fraternity brothers. Well, his desktop computer is gone and I'd love to surprise him with a new one. As he said today, he "needs very little at [his] age", but after seeing him, I can think of quite a few things they need right now. Thinking of everyone in this special community and holding you all in my prayers. Go Sailors, Go Sunshine!
