Many of you know and love the friendly bodega cat "Haimo/Gimo" who calls our neighborhood store home. He spends his days greeting customers, keeping watch over the shop, and bringing joy to everyone who stops by.

Recently, he was neutered as part of an effort to keep him healthy and ensure he can continue living a safe life in our community. Unfortunately, after the procedure, he began showing signs that something wasn’t right. He needed additional veterinary care, examinations, and treatment to help him recover.

As a community cat, he doesn’t have an owner to cover unexpected medical expenses. Everything comes from the kindness of neighbors who care about him. We are raising funds to cover his recent veterinary bills.

Every dollar helps, and no donation is too small. If you’ve ever stopped to pet him, smiled when you saw him lounging in the store, or appreciated having him as part of our neighborhood, please consider contributing.

Thank you for helping us give this special cat the care he deserves.

With gratitude,

Friends of Our Neighborhood Bodega Cat
